SCREENING INFORMATION


BE PREPARED! - even if you don't move forward with screening
 
Bringing the following items with you to your showing appointment often times means the difference between who will ultimately get the rental unit. Especially when there are multiple interested parties -
 
1) Two forms of ID - U.S. Government issued photo I.D., AND, your Social Security Card. You will need to bring your I.D.s with you at check-in to verify authenticity.

     *If you are out of the area, please make individual COLOR scans of each document and send them to the email address listed below. 

 
2) Proof of Income -

     a) If you are EMPLOYED - we will need a copy of your last four pay stubs.

     b) If you are SELF EMPLOYED - we will need a copy of your last four bank statements.

     c) If your any part of your income comes from the GOVERNMENT and/or a COMMUNITY SERVICE ORGANIZATION - we will need a copy of your current allotment papers. 

     *If you are out of the area, please make individual COLOR scans of each document and send them to the email address listed below.

 

3) $40.00 CASH for any applicable Screening Fee.

     *If you are out of the area, we can accept a Screening Fee by PayPal - call for details.

 If you wish move forward with renting the unit after your showing, request a Screen Form from the Property Manager and fill the form out completely. Return it with the documents listed above. If you have any questions filling out the screen form, ask the property manager showing the unit or call 206 294 0552.
